I am a first time home buyer and I was told by everyone how important it was to have a good home inspector. A few people were recommended to me and I spent quite a bit of time calling around and doing diligence on how the inspection was done, costs, etc. To be even more thorough I also did a search across website of home inspectors. That's when I came across www.afullhouseinpsection.com. The staff at the company is very professional and they had the owner (Peter Bennett) call me to discuss in detail the home inspection and thermal imaging that they offer. I was very impressed by Peter's professionalism as he took quite a bit of time to explain how everything would be done. Peter was there exactly at the time promised and spent over 4 hours to do the home inspection, thermal imaging, and radon test. He was very patient and took time to explain any items that he found that needed repair and even those that could potentially require repair later on. He gave me very good advice on making sure that proper permits were obtained by the previous owner as the county could impose penalties if permits were never obtained. Peter provided me with the full report including an executive summary of the major repairs needed. The full report also went into quite a bit of detail on things every homeowner should know. I was very impressed with Peter's professionalism and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection or thermal imaging service

Hi Peter,

This is the 2nd month receiving your home maintenance emails. They are very informative and great reminders. I think I am going to print out the info and refer to it a few months ahead for next year. Peter, I am so impressed with your thoroughness and work ethic. I've contracted with other home inspectors before, but have never received such a comprehensive report as yours. It's wonderful that while you point out issues, make suggestions, and offer rough cost estimates for repairs, you also provide a quick-and-dirty education for each component by both written and verbal means.
