Thanks for inquiring about my services which include the home inspection, per The State of NJ Standards, ASHI and INACHI, WDI infestation, radon and lead testing.  In addition, I am a certified thermographer and energy inspector.  I use an infrared thermal imaging camera to detect and document overheated electrical components, hidden water leaks and entry, defective HVAC systems and components, leaking ducts.  I am one of very few home inspectors with these qualifications and tools.
 
My Qualifiications:
